This workout is set up as a 4 weeks and is often referred as 4 weeks of the preparation for the much more advance The Works. It is a workout designed for just about anyone of any level of fitness. The move can be advanced but there is always a form to modify the moves to make things a little easier and provide less impact on the body. It sets you up physically and also mentally for the more advanced workout that follows this one. If you need to stick to this one for a few week more to prepare, feel free do just that. Fitness has no finish line and it’s a lifelong change we all must make. Only move onto more advanced stuff when ever you feel ready.
