Down below you have the workout schedule for the newer home fitness program called P90X2.
This workout is scheduled for around 90 days but can be modified into any length that the choose. The P90X2 workout schedule is broken down into 3 different phases. First you have the “Foundation” phase followed by the “Strength” Phase and fishing off with the “Performance” phase. Each phase can be done for 3 to 6 weeks. There is also a recovery week to be done whenever you need it.
