With this workout you will gradually increase the length and intensity as you progress through it. It is also designed into 3 different schedules. The first 60 day schedule is for beginners. The second schedule is for graduates of the first schedule or more advanced individuals. And finally, the last 60 day Les Mills Combat Schedule is designed for advanced individuals and also requires the additional Ultimate Warrior Kit.
