This workout is scheduled for about 45 days. However, you have the option to do a more advanced schedule of the workout that’s only about one month. Click on the pictures below to download a printable workout calendar with the Cize workout schedule already pre-written in for you. There are three designs. The first set of calendars are set up for the regular workout schedule and the other is for the advanced schedule.
